Specializing in all aspects of Auto Body Repairs, including Commercial Trucks and RV’s

While Carl’s Collision Center is known for handling repairs of all makes of automobiles after an accident, we also have the expertise to repair commercial trucks and RV’s.  In order to handle these larger vehicles, we have invested in the latest equipment, and had our technicians trained to properly restore them to pre-loss condition.

Carl’s Collision has gone through these motions, to truly become a one stop repair center for all types of vehicles.  We pride ourselves on being able to say to our customers, “Absolutely, we have the capability to repair your vehicle!”

Carl’s Collision Center Works with PDR Specialists after Hail Storms

To better service our customer’s needs, Carl’s Collision Center has
maintained an ongoing relationship with top quality Paintless Dent Repair
(PDR) Specialists.  Often consumers are referred to a PDR company after a
loss to service the damage to their vehicle.  However, most heavy losses
result in the need for body damage repairs with the combination of PDR work.
Carl’s Collision has always handled PDR claims but with the large spike in
hail claims due to the significant increase in Hailstorms, we have found
ourselves doing more and more vehicles. We offer a very unique advantage to
our customers by being able to encompass the complete repair process
necessary to restore their vehicle to pre-loss condition without
compromising our high standards with the use of our Certified Technicians
and PDR Specialists.

We are able to handle the claim process for our customers by:
– Dealing with their insurance companies and assisting the claims process
– Having a concierge rental program to coincide with drop-off and pickup of
their vehicle
– Certified Technicians perform any necessary disassembly of the vehicle to
allow proper access for the PDR Specialist.
– Certified Painters to inspect the PDR repairs and perform any necessary
paint reconditioning to an area the PDR Specialist cannot properly repair.
This streamlines the process and eliminates the need for the consumer to
bring the vehicle to a body shop due to an unsatisfied experience with PDR
repairs.  As we pride ourselves as being a one-stop collision center, once
your vehicle repairs are finished, we then completely recondition the
vehicle to make your car look beautiful upon delivery.  We look forward to
welcoming new customers into our family and servicing our existing
customers.

Carl’s Collision Center is happy to announce achieving I-Car Gold Class Certification!

Having your car repaired at an I-Car Gold Class shop could mean the difference in a factory correct, safe repair, and a dangerous repair. As technology changes so do the methods of repairing your automobile. With I-Car Gold Class training, you can be sure your vehicle is in the hands of our certified professionals. To achieve this status, our technicians went through many hours of factory certified training, and continue to attend classes to stay on top of the ever-changing technology in the auto body industry.

Carl’s Collision Center partnering up with Collision Quest

 To all Carls Collision Center’s Industry Partners;

Carl’s Collision Center is proud to announce that we are partnering up with Collision Quest in an effort to deal with the current changes in the automobile repair industry.  We are posing ourselves to set the industry standard by Going Beyond Lean.  We are implementing the Lean Six Sigma Initiative with the Theory of Constraints.  This is going to be our new business model in which we will provide a cost effective repair process to our customers.  Under this model we will be able to streamline the entire repair process for our customers from the ordering and receiving of the proper parts to reducing both the repair time and rental days for our customers, as well as maintaining our high quality work and customer satisfaction.

For us to meet and exceed our customer needs and expectations we are asking for all of our suppliers and insurance companies that we do business with to assist us with our initiative. We are asking our suppliers to aide in the continuing of our supply of parts in a timely manner, and for those that already do this, we thank you.  We are asking our appraisers and adjusters to send us our estimates and supplements within the time frame established by the Great Commonwealth of Massachusetts under CMR 212.  This will allow all involved to give our common customers a better experience.  We look forward to working with everyone to elevate the industry to the next level.   Should you have any questions or comments regarding this Initiative feel free to stop by our shop to discuss it with me or call me to discuss.

Sincerely,

Carl Garcia

Carl’s Collision Takes SEMA Show by storm

Even though this is our 5th year at SEMA, it just seems to get better every year.  Working with Chem Spec USA and Collision Quest has made this year one of our busiest years ever.  It was nice to be in the Factory Five booth looking at the newest super car that we did and the 33 Hot Rod from 2 years ago.  It seemed like this year’s car received more attention than ever before.  Everyone was stopping by to ask questions about the car and the color we created.  There is always so much to do in Las Vegas, but never enough time to get things done.  We will have to start working on our next project for SEMA, so that we can have a little more time to spend in Vegas.
